Lenny worked as a sous chef in the restaurants of the famous Sheraton and Four Seasons hotels in Philadelphia, PA.
After moving to New York, Lenny prepared Living Legends Dinner at James Beard House with the world-famous Hungarian-American chef Louis Szathmary. Chef Lenny also owned several popular restaurants in Brooklyn.
Currently, Lenny has partnered with renowned Mediterranean chef Nuriel to open a new restaurant, Hunter Valley, in Pocono (Lord Valley, PA). Chef Nuriel is a specialist in Middle East and Mediterranean cuisine and previously owned an American Restaurant & Resort in the Dominican Republic.
Chef Lenny is not just a chef; he is a culinary artist and educator who has trained many talented chefs, such as Noe Hernandez Morales, who worked with Lenny for over 14 years and is now Lenny's partner in the new restaurant.
